About

Hello,
Sound and music make it possible to experience what is hidden and still waiting to be discovered. They have the ability to cross boundaries and reveal new dimensions. Music, for me, is a direct way into feeling and perception — honest, immediate, and beyond language.

I am a musician, composer and sound designer working with atmospheric soundscapes and music. In my work, I use sounds, noises, melodies and textures to explore the realms between space, music and atmosphere. Sound connects directly with emotions and moods, opening ways into deeper listening.

Originally trained in piano, I have developed an increasing interest in electronic instruments and the experimental crafting of sounds over the years. As a musician, I blend traditional and modern techniques to create compositions and soundscapes that do not follow conventional musical structures. My aim is to offer new perspectives on harmonies and melodies.

I am interested in how sound can carry stories – whether in theater, film or other formats. It can give narratives a subtle presence, shape their atmosphere and make them felt in vivid and immersive ways.

With a Master’s degree in Architecture from ETH Zurich and a MAS in Creative Practice from ZHdK, complemented by studies in Spatial Design and Sound Design, I bring a spatial and atmospheric sensibility to my work. I view sound and music as spatial and emotional presence — as something that can be composed, listened to and felt.

I am also a trained yoga teacher. Yoga has helped me discover another way of approaching music and listening. This is why I feel closely connected to Deep Listening, a practice developed by Pauline Oliveros. Some of these practices also find their way into my yoga classes.

I invite you to listen to my work — whether in one of my sessions or through engaging with my sound compositions. My goal is to offer new impressions through carefully crafted sonic spaces.

Love, Eloïn
